Is there a proven method to increase reading speeds? I read all of the time but my reading speed is very slow. It seems that in the case of reading, practice doesn't always mean perfect.

The answer is to read more! The more you read, the faster you are at reading! looking up the dictionary for meanings of the words you do not know might also help. Write the words on apiece of paper so that you do not disturb your reading process that much! So work harder and you can acheive your goal!

Most of the time for me i can finish a book of 600 hundred pages in 2 days,if its interesting enough.
But most of the time i find myself slow going through one,in my spare time,or when i am bored at school.

Not sure how you would go about increasing your reading speed, maybe more sex details,or found something that you are interested in.

depends do you have a reading issue, there are all kinds of dyslexia. i have one, for me it was reading books that made me stretched my vocab. reading books like text that i dont know the words in, expanded my vocab and my list of sight words grew.
