I just relocated to a different state and the one I came from did not offer anything but a standard diploma. We have a child with dyslexia and have been able to filter him completely out of special ed courses but from what I understand the tiered diplomas are given according to testing levels. Unfortunately my son's dyslexia causes great difficulty with standardized testing.

My child has made me aware of the teachers behavior, her unprofessional conduct - name calling to the students and using terms such as "shut up." I want to take action, but would rather remain anonymous. Ideally I would like her fired. Is this a likely outcome? And what steps do I take?
