Its not really dangerous. Although... All dogs lick themselves, some even eat there own.. well.. ya know.. yucky! The myth that says dogs mouths are cleaner than humans.. not true...
The mouth of the typical dog is full of bacteria. Luckily when your dog licks your dishes, most of the bacteria doesn't transfer.
I would highly suggest that you do NOT allow your pets to lick your dishes, and if you do... I would add a few drops of Tea Tree oil to your dish soaps, this will help kill any bacteria that might have actually come from its mouth. For the most part it won't hurt you, but it doesn't hurt to be cautious!!
The same would run for the dog's dishes. I wouldn't put them in the dish washer, and if she does.. Make sure the dishes are dishwasher safe, and make sure she puts the cycle on hot! That will help kill germs. Remember the tea tree oil too. That will really help! Also make sure that she's not washing the dog's dishes with dishes you eat with.. Dog food isn't really.. uhh... something you want in your mouth, or on your dishes..
YUCKY!!

No, provided she washes the pan afterwards. Even if she doesn't, the heat next time she uses the pan would kill off any germs. There would be no danger of putting the dogs' dishes in the dish washer as the washing process will kill off any germs. It just doesn't sound very hygienic though, does it?
Oh, and in the days before Teflon, non-stick surfaces and kitchen roll, many people believed that to stop food sticking in a frying pan it should never be washed, just wiped round with newspaper and people seemed healthy enough by not washing the frying pan.

Should be fine unless she is frying food in the pans at the same time as the dogs are licking them.
