What's a good website where you can get a clear understanding of Government Grants available?

I'm not sure if it's necessary to add any details, but who know's it could be relevant to the answer...? I'm looking for a grant that would allow me to help others while in the process of helping myself. Housing, Land.... non-profit organization.... etc.
