I had applied for Uk Student visa and got refused as the visa officer felt that the funds shown by my sponsorors(my real uncle and aunt) will not be actually made available to me. I had given an affadivit stating that they will take responsibility for all my expenses and the sponsorors had shown good bank balance too. please can anyone explain what does it mean by making funds actualy available and how do we show or convince that the funds are actually made available to the student. Please help me I need to reapply correctly this time.

I'm a college student who is pursuing to gain a degree in Biology. However, I just realized that my school only awards a degree in Bachelors of the Arts in Biology and not Bachelors of Science. Although I'm working just as hard for my B.A. in Biology compared to another student who has a B.S. in Biology, what is the major difference between the two? Will medical schools or employers look down on a B.A. in bio?

From the book **ENGLISH GRAMMAR IN USE**

We use the past in the same way after wish.We use "wish"
to say that we regret sth,that sth is not as we would like it to be:
>>It rains a lot here.I wish it didn't rain so often.<<

We use "I wish...would" when we would like sth to happen or
change.Usually, the speaker doesn't expect this to happen.
>> I wish it would stop raining.<<

So both of the sentences are related to the present,IF I'm not mistaken. But the point that i can't understand here is that both
of the definition mentioned above,are of the same meaning.
Aren't they?

he just doesn't seem like the winking type either! but whenever i go into the classroom, he just smiles and winks. what makes it worse is that he's really attractive, maybe 26 or 27 years old, and he used to play pro soccer before he hurt his ankle. i always smile back, because i guess it's just the polite thing to do. is that bad? would that be considered flirting? idk what to do. i'm a freshman in highschool, and i guess i'd be considered the "hot quiet girl" stereotype. to be completely honest.
