'wiritten' definitely.

You should get full marks for that.

it depends:

I am sorry that I haven't been able to write to you for a long time, I have been very busy.

I am sorry that I didn't write to you for a long time, I have been very busy.

Had not is just wrong.

haven't

had not would also be correct but it sounds better: hadn't is just the words 'had not' merged together for easier pronounciation.

didn't would also be correct but in that context its more likely for someone to use 'haven't'

im not sure i have explained it very well but i hope it is even a little bit easier. if you need any more help just send me an e-mail.

xx

Don't take any notice of Paul T - "had not wrote" is NOT correct English.
The past participle of "to write" is written
You only use "wrote" after a noun or pronoun (I wrote, John wrote etc)

The word that works best is haven't, but I would go with have not instead.

Haven't or have not.

You will use it for the same reason you used "have been" very busy in the same sentence. :)

I'm sorry I have not written to you as I have been busy.
or

I'm sorry I did not write to you as I promised but I've been busy.

'had not wrote' is wrong as is 'have not wrote.'
