he just doesn't seem like the winking type either! but whenever i go into the classroom, he just smiles and winks. what makes it worse is that he's really attractive, maybe 26 or 27 years old, and he used to play pro soccer before he hurt his ankle. i always smile back, because i guess it's just the polite thing to do. is that bad? would that be considered flirting? idk what to do. i'm a freshman in highschool, and i guess i'd be considered the "hot quiet girl" stereotype. to be completely honest.

It could be bad - just don't go any where alone with him.

Good Luck!!!

What do you mean you don't know what to do?
There's nothing wrong with a little unstated mutual admiration, and a little sexual tension, but it should never move beyond the smiles and winks. He's get canned in a heartbeat.

Oh, you mean you don't like it? Then don't smile when he winks- be all business.

It's probably nothing. A lot of people wink as a friendly gesture. It doesn't necessarily mean he's flirting.

Just smile back and sit down. Don't worry about it.

Maybe teacher is attracted to you. Smiling back is a nice gesture but don't do it often, if you think he exceeds his limit on this then just ignore. You don't know his intentions unless he talks to you. Don't flirt too, he might get you wrong. Your still freshman.

Even if he is the "hot" teacher, watch yourself! Does he wink at all the girls, or just you? If it is just you, and you are uncomfortable, then put him in his place and tell him not to wink at you. He may not even know he is doing it, but if it makes you uncomfortable, then he needs to stop. If he does it on purpose, then he is a creep!

It is not very professional for a teacher to be winking at a student. If you want it to stop take and friend with you and confront him about it he may not realize he is doing it and it may not mean anything but take a friend and tell him you are not comfortable with such familiarity and would like him to stop.

I am 12 but I had a problem like that once my dads butler used to say I was beauty and I would just laugh and shrug my shoulders because he was only just learning english. One day he touched my chest and i ran away to live with my mum. This is very serious talk to someone about it in your school and just keep on avoiding him. Make sure you're never alone with him aswell.
Good luck x.

Ive got a teacher just like this. Act normal around him, but mke it known to him that you think of him as a teacher. Ask some friends who have him what they think of him. As he strikes them as a bit off, thats a bit of a sign to stray away.

that guy is bad news..man, guys are always going for younger girls..they always end up molesting them or something....you just need to stay away....also, it is usually forbidden to have a relationship with one of your teachers....the teacher could get fired..
just dont respond....maybe you should talk to someone about it, a counselor, principal, etc if it doesnt stop...
