Ask your friends who their favorite professors were and take any class taught by those professors. All my favorite and most interesting classes were interesting because the professor was amazing, not necessarily because of the material.

I would suggest taking Criminal Justice. I am taking Introduction to Criminal Justice and it is an awesome class already. My all time favorite college course would have to be E-Commerce.
