We have exhausted every possible effort. I know God will see us through this but...

I can't think of what a proper noun- thing is.
I realize that Holidays and Ideas or even Sacred objects are capitalized. But what else is considered a proper noun thing?

What criteria do I use to find out?

Are animals considered things?

Thank you and God bless you!
