You can fill out FASFA, but probably you won't get anything because I don't think they give finacial aid once you have already recieved a Bachalors. You can apply for stuff from your university, like apprenticeships. The good news is, though, you can also get quite a lot more money in Federal loans, ruffly around 20,000 a year in Subsidized and unsubsidized loans. If you remember from your undergad days, the limit was around 14,000, and it was very difficult to get the unsubsidized... it should be much easier now.
If you haven't gotten a student loan before, go ahead in fill out the FASFA forms (you may need to for this)- and talk to the finacial aid office. It's easy, you don't need credit for it (if you're american)- they just take your first born. -but be careful I got my masters with an $80,000 loan to pay. it adds up.

Go to www.fafsa.gov and fill out the forms. It will tell you if you are eligible for federal aid in the form of loans. The loans that they offer will either be subsidized or non-subsidized. Subsidized are better because the interest does not accrue until 6 months after you graduate.
If you are not eligible for loans from the federal government you will need to get a bank loan from a private lender. Since you are a graduate student you are not eligible for scholarships are grants,
The fafsa for spring and summer is available now. Use the form that says 2006-2007 school year. To apply for fall use the form that says 2007-2008, this one will not become available until January.
