I was wondering how you wash your white t-shirts or white clothes. I just throw my in the washer and add soup and than bleach. The water is hot and I dry it out side. Somehow my clothes just gets a little yellow. Is it the sun that bleaches that color yellow on my white clothes?! What’s your way of keeping ur white clothes original! Thank so much if you can help out.

I am a graduate student of architecture at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am working on my thesis which is set in Lagos, Nigeria and I am indesperate need on maps and plans of my site area. I have unfourtunately ransacked the internet to no avail.

I am looking of detailed maps of lagos state in Nigeria with focus on Isolo and Mushin, the area borded by Apapa-Oshodi Express way, Isolo Road and Agege Motor road. The details i'm looking for include topography ( Contours), property lines, building outlines and building types, utilities, roads and railways and geological information.

Can anyone advise me on where I can search or refer me to someone or an organization that can provide or help me source this information?

Okay, I got a letter from Washington University in St. Louis talking about how they would like me to attend their school and such. Normally, I wouldn't think that much of it, but this is different. I looked up the school and found out that they were ranked as the 8th toughest school to get into by U.S News Reports and the Princeton Review (2 very very reliable sources). I don't understand why this school is ranked so high if most of my friends and I got letters from them. Are they just trying to recruit? Does this mean that I have a good shot at Columbia (one of my dream schools that is ranked lower than this school)?

I was late to my chemistry class three times (and I mean only 5 minutes late at most each time during the whole quarter, and now, not only has she called my parents, she's also making me write an ESSAY, explaining why tardiness is bad. My dad tried to stand up for me, but she wouldn't let it go. The course starts at 7:45, and my dad won't let me take the subway in the morning or get any rides, so I rely on him to drop me off. Somehow, he's always running late when getting ready, so that just screws me over. Compared to kids who intentionally disrupt class, graffitti bathrooms, fight at school, etc. I'm a straight A student, and I have to write an essay for being LATE. I'll just suck it up and do it, but does the crime *really* justify the punishment? I go to the strictest school. =(
