If the programs/colleges in question are accredited than the degree is credible.

If you are not already enrolled at those colleges, if you have your eye on a journalism career, I would contact some journalists and get their suggestions as to what programs would be best.

If you are already enrolled at those colleges, I would contact the head of the program and find out where the recent graduates of the program are now.
