It has to be about some kind of evil mirror.. (Based sort of on The Reaper's Image) But I don't know how to start it..

Have someone looking in the mirror brushing teeth/combing hair (whatever) and have them "imagine" they see something in the mirror. Have them weird out and then as the day goes on have them seeing this thing in every mirror they look in (car mirror..department store mirror...public restroom mirror). By the end of the day have them totally freak and then you can end it the way you want.

I don't know about the Reaper's Image, but how about, everytime a guy does some evil deed and then looks into the mirror, he sees that he is changing little by little, then realizes he is aging for every crime he's committed...until he finally ends up murdering someone. He looks in the rear-view mirror after the murder, sees the monster he has become, and goes off the road and gets killed. Oh wait, that would be like The Picture of Dorian Gray.

"With all those deaths coming at once in the family the lone survivor is eager to sell the place, but I shouldn't be telling you that...", the real estate agents voice faded as Marcella pulled open the heavy oak doors of the walk-in closet. Tugging the tarnished chain in front of her produced a feeble yellow light from a bare 40 watt light bulb affixed to the ceiling. Turning her head to the right Marcella wondered at the cobwebs in the corners. Hadn't the previous owners used the enormous closet? Swinging her head to the left for a quick glance she gasped as a thrill of fear ran up her spine for there was someone looking back at her! A nervous chuckle quickly replaced the gasp as she realized it was her own reflection in a large mirror distorted by dust and the dim glow of the bulb.

'Oh, I see you've found one of the best features of the house - it's walk-in master closet!", the agent gushed as she came into the room.

"Yes, it's quite spacious and the oak doors are quite beautiful, but I wonder why they left that large mirror inside? Surely it must be an antique?, said Marcella.

"I really don't know", said the agent, "but I think maybe because it's so heavy in it's frame, and somehow, it just looks right where it is - like it's right at home there."

Marcella walked up to the mirror gingerly touching the heavy carvings on it's frame, then growing bolder as her hands almost caressed the figures cavorting there. She knew, without seeing the rest of the house, that she would put in a bid on the property immediately.
