whats the average shoe size for a 13 and half year old and a 19 year old girls. european sizing or usa plz?

well mine was about 39-40 (EU size) when I was 14 and the same when I was 19, and it's the same ever since then. I don't think it changes after 14. Also, it might depend on the style of the shoe b/c I like to have one size smaller sandals than training shoes; and different manufacturers not always get the sizes right either.
