Exactly how hard is it to get into University of the Pacific?

Ive been looking into University of the Pacific, and grown attatched to the idea of attending there.
I am a Senior in High School, with a GPA of 3.7
Ive only taken my Sat's once and got a score of 1730 (550 on critical reading, 620 on Math, and 560 on Writing.
I am going to apply for thier business school, and i partcipate in a few business involved extra curricular activities, including, virtual-enterprise, volunteering/(internship) for my brother-n-laws sprint business. Im also in the debate and forensics club, vice president of my church youth group which has 35 members, and im looking into volunteering for our local rotary club.
I am also Hispanic,

So with all of that said, do I have a chance?
any reply if greatly appreciated, and if you attended U.O.P, or are attending, fell free to tell me about the expierience.

In High School did you ever get exchange students?

Oh my gawd. There is a Japanese girl, a girl from Hungery, and a boy from Germany. I love it. Expecially since they are in my Speech class and I get to learn about their countries.

I need to find the area of a triangle drawn on graph paper?

I'm supposed to be designing a dance floor.
the regular scale is 16x20ft, which = 320 ft^2
i drew mine 32x40ft making the scale .5

Does one square on my drawing equal .5ft^2 or .25ft^2?

AND

If i draw a right triangle with both shorter legs being 4 squares, and the hypotenuse going diagonally through 4 squares. Would I find the area using the 2 lines on the right angle x1/2 or use the hypotenuse length times the height x1/2.

ALSO

what is the length (in feet) of the diagonal between two corners of the square.
