antiquated, dated, archaic, outmoded, fusty -- here's the winner:
Old Hat (Grandparent-age slang for "outdated")
I feel more comfortable using the label "anachronistic" physically, as in a time line, or anything written (badly) by F. Scott Fitzgerald, but it does apply to both meanings.
