You could try journaling - or writing down your random thoughts here and there. Looking at it later, you'll be surprised what you came up with.

OR - start writing down all the old movies you'd like to see - and one by one start renting them.

OR- possible titles for a book you'd like to write someday

OR - entries for greeting card ideas you'd like to sell to Hallmark someday

OR - ideas for odd and wacky bumper stickers

OR- make it a dream memoir, whenever you can remember a dream write it down

OR - you could write down the most impressive thing you happen to learn each and every day

OR- you could write down at least one thing that made you smile each and every day

i could keep going, but maybe you've started thinking of things now too!??

Good Luck

I would write some of your daydreams, plans in life, where you at in life now. Make it a wish me book. Write down your wishes and keep doing it every so often. Write who you have a crush on or if you are married what you admire about them the most. Write who your favorite bands are. What is your fav movie at this time. What size you are, add a couple of pics. There are tons of things you could write in your notebook. Just make it about you and your friends and family. Years from now you will take that book out and enjoy reading it. And your kids and grandkids will enjoy it also.

Was there a special purpose for the notebook when you bought it ?....If not...try this idea....:)
.....I think a journal...with pictures...and or goals would be something nice to put in the notebook.....Pictures as they say speak a thousand words...so perhaps you should start pasting some really interesting pictures...and from there..the cat may release your tongue....and the words..will come through your fingertips..onto that wonderful, empty notebook....When we put things on paper if helps us paint a better picture of self...and what we would like to be or do in our future.....so create...create..."Stream like an MP3 player".....and let yourself flow....PS....I have a notebook like...that....I bought it ...with intentions....of putting something really resounding in it..instead...I use it for notes....and then I tear and throw the pages away.....My second idea...would be to use it as a .."dream journal"....Hope this gets you started.....Lots of Luck...:)
Hugs and Bugs...if they are ladybugs..:)that is....

It really depends on what you're good at/What you're comfortable with. If you're good at art, or want to be, try sketching in it. Or, you could use it as a very personal journal/diary. You could also use it for a class if you take classes, too.

Since you've had it so long, it seems fitting that you write what is most dear to you in it,just the things that you want to keep to yourself. Whatever method you've used to keep it, empty at that, stay with it..............................LATER..............
