Hi! While i'm at work, I like to do a little brushing up on History and reading about famous events. I was going to look up this civilization that disappeared, and I cannot for the life of me figure out who they were. They were a group of people whose village was later found, and I believe they were all mummified or they'd disappeared or something. I originally believed it was the Mayan's; however, when I typed it into the search engine, some of the websites I found said the Mayans didn't die or disappear, they just migrated. Does anyone know who this group was? I am now thinking the name started with a P? Ugh, I hate when this happens...it's on the outskirts of my mind, but I can't bring it up. lol I tried to find a history section on here, and didn't see one. Anyway, thanks to anyone who knows what group i'm talking about.
