Can you still be very involved, without completely obcessing about the advisors' abilities. If not, then I would speak with other members and advisors. Perhaps other people feel the same, and with their assistance, you can come up with a solution.

I would let them know how you feel about this person and see if there is anything that they can do about this person. That would be the best thing to do
