An advisor for a club on campus is annoying and lazy... What do I do?!?! I dont want to quit...because I am very involved!!

Can you still be very involved, without completely obcessing about the advisors' abilities. If not, then I would speak with other members and advisors. Perhaps other people feel the same, and with their assistance, you can come up with a solution.

I think You should go to the management and talk directly with them. Only they can do something about this guy/gal.
Or You can put some written complain in the Complain drop box.

I would let them know how you feel about this person and see if there is anything that they can do about this person. That would be the best thing to do

try beating him unconscious with a rubber chicken, stealing his wallet and then doing his girl. That may get him to shape up his attitude
