1/3, 1/6, 2/6, 1/9, 2/9, 3/9

a LOT of #'s are smaller than 2/3. u just have to always make the denominator the same to figure it out. so 1/6 compared to 2/3 is actually 1/6 to 4/6(4/6 = 2/3) so 1/6 is less than 2/3

and yes, fractions can have negatives in them. -2/3, etc.
