I no it is a choice but the affects are population, second handsmoke to children that have parents that smoke which then gives them a possibly that they well smoke I use to smoke but quit recently because I felt very sick of myself that I was harming my body which lowered my self esteem which then made my life less productive. I would suggest to anyone that is really wanting to quit to go to google and type in the harmful effects of smoking and that information will give you the motivation to stop smoking and if you are craving a cigarette than go to the same website that is basicaully how I quit. I now am more confident more active and have a more fruitful life because I quit.

How do you know if a public school is good?

We have a child who will be school age in a few years. We're wondering if we should stay in our neighborhood, where the public schools are pretty good, or move to a nearby area where they're excellent. The trouble is that those ratings are based on standardized tests, and the "excellent" area populated by the type of parents who value education and help their children do well. So I don't know if the school itself is any better, or if it's just the parents. If it's the parents, we can do that ourselves without moving anywhere. How can I evaluate the schools?

Should I quit my job?

I'm currently working full-time from 7am-3pm & attending summer school from 5:30-9:45pm & try to squeeze in a workout between the two. After school I am completely exhausted.
