Belly button fluff is determined by your fabric. The material and the color. You must have worn a blue shirt with materials to have your material loosen into your belly button.

I have never in my life understood the concept of belly button lint. How does it get there? What is it? Well my theory is that it comes from what you wear over top of it. Maybe you are constantly wearing blue shirts or sweaters...
