i used to work at Macdonald's and while i was working there they used to get mad if i brought a Pepsi product to work. be it mountain dew or a Pepsi itself. they used to say that since they had a contract with coke that i couldn't bring it to work with me. but the funny thing is that have dr.pepper that is owned by Pepsi. so how could they tell me not to bring it to work when they sell a Pepsi product right there lol

I'm looking to hear back on timing, I have issues training my staff in knowing how to time out from seating to taking the order to cashing out. If some one has some kind of information as to a standard or just common knowledge in this area, all will be helpful.

Is it possible for a drive thru service to be TOO FAST? I went to a Wendy's resturant and had forgotten (because I haven't been in about 1 1/2 years) how fast the drive thru service is. IS IT ODD, that as soon as you get to the pick up window your meal is ready...so fast you don't have to step on the brake, AND on top of this, the cashier at the first window ODDLY knew what domination of money I was going to give her and had the exact change ready when I got to the window.

We would like to host a baby shower for our niece and about 20 guests, but it too many for our house and too few for most restaurants to want to fool with! Several of the guests are elderly and cannot go too far from home, so it really has to be in Irving. Anyone have any suggestions?
