Man Im addicited to the white cheese dip in authentic mexican places here in the south , does anyone know how to make this stuff? Ive bought every kind of cheese from Walmart , Kroger , Sams and every other store and it never turns out right

There is a white cheese that they sell and I can't remember the name. I have seen it in walmart...it's near the cheese but it comes in a white plastic canister (shaped like a parm cheese container) it has a pic of the Mexican flag and starts with a C....
That is the cheese that they use in a lot of mexican dishes.

I am sorry the name is slipping me if I think of it before someone else posts it I will repost!

Yep, I make the best. It's so easy!

Fry onions and bell peppers in butter on the stove. Melt Velveeta Cheese and mix it together. It is soooo good. Dip unsalted chips in it and eat it with jalapenos. Yummy
