It is basically Yellow or White,,
Yellow is the Cheddar offshoots, and all
White is the Natural, and Philad....
Sorry, can't be creative with cheese,, u are messing up with the WRONG Dairy product, 'for that'

Yellow from light to dark, then they have white cheeses, Some cheese has that red wax coating on it. Bleu Cheese may have a bit blue in it. Green/Grey cheese if its gone bad, moldy.
