can music purchased from itunes be loaded on any mp3 player/phone

I want some noise-canceling headphones...perferably some good ones that work well and won't break for under 40 dollars.
Any suggestions? If you guys have some could you share your opinions on them...thanks.

I would like to purchase and download music cds from legitimate sources. This is primarily because I wish to take the cds to work and listen to them on my computer in my office.

My employer allows us to bring in cds but they must be commercially recorded ones. I work in a high security enviornment so all our belongings are checked through when we enter the workpace.

If I pay for songs, download them onto my harddrive and then burn them to a blank CD-R. how could I prove to my employer that I purchased the music? I would be actually buying the music, but my cds wouldn't appear to be commercial ones Can I get a "proof of purchase" from any of these websites like I-Tunes. so my employer doesn't think I'm bringing in cds with illegally downloaded files on them?

Also, do you have to have an IPOD to be able to buy songs from I-Tunes?

I seem to have lost my USB cable connector to plug my iPod into the computer. Where can I buy a new one? And how much should this typically cost? For example, I looked at it on Best Buy and it was $20! Is this accurate?
Also, I have the Firewire cable, so I don't need that along with the USB (not the whole 2 in 1 thing)...
Also: It needs to be compatible with an iPod MINI

I did not have this problem with URGE and I am really getting pissed. Also, I can not figure out how to make individual playlists on Rhapsody. With URGE I could save my music right to my Media Player. My son and I have almost 2000 songs on one running list. Has anyone one else had this problem? Any suggestions?

there has been a lot of fuss lately on how to get free music (I-tunes is noble in all its legalness but quite frankly, its only for those with more money than sense; 100 songs= $99, not even if i were a millionare, dude) and i just wanted to know if this would work, hypothetically speaking of course.

Several brands of MP3 players come in both a 30 and 8 GB version but they cost the same. The only difference I can see is the 30 GB is a hard drive and the 8 GB uses flash. Why would anyone want the 8 GB if they can have 30? Is there some sort of advantage to flash drive that makes it worth sacrificing 22 GB?

Ok, i have a choice ... i can either get an ipod touch and that is my only christmas present. but but, if i get an ipod nano i can get other things. What would you do?

P.S. I also like the ipod touch alot better but i could live with the nano.

How much should I sell my ipod shuffle for. Its a1g ipod shuffle and is the older model of the shuffles. Its white and has a few scratches but doesn't look to bad. I need to get rid of it because I need money. It comes with the head phones to.

I just converted it and usually they show up straight into my iTunes movies section, but it wasn't there this time. Did I mess up or is something wrong with my iTunes. Is there anyway I can pull up any dvd I've converted onto my iTunes? Becuase I don't know how to do that either. Any suggestions help! :)

i just reinstalled my windows and all of my music is gone.. well its on the ipod... is there a way i can get it from the ipod to the computer? i dont want to press sync on my itunes because it will erase all the music i have on there.. i also have new music on my computer and want to put it on the ipod too... just add it in there...but i dont know how since i cant press sync or else it will erase all my other songs and put only the few i have on the computer? how can i make it work?

how do I get back to that page that shows a picture of a little iPod and at the bottom it shows how many songs you have (using colors) and videos, and other...the page usually comes up when you're about to sync the iPod...I'm currently under Music (on the left)

Could somebody please help answer my query, I am going on a holiday top America for Christmas this year and I am hoping to buy a few CD's, I am aware that you cannot play American DVD's on British DVD Players, unless you hack into it, but i need to know is it the same with US CD's, will they play on British CD Players?
