HELP with i-tunes?

can someone give me complete instructions for itunes- purchasing, downloading, and transferring to my mp3? do mp3's work on itunes? (my mp3 is the sansa rhapsody)

please help! i know NOTHING about this, and i have NO idea what to do!!!

It works with the Rhapsody to go, not iTunes. iTunes is for iPods.

i think instead of usin itunes try usin rhapsody idk ^^
