Yes it does, since songs from limewire has mp3 songs which can play through iTunes. The only draw back about Limewire is that it isn't safe to use, and all the songs are not named correctly. I had some experiences, that when I fully have the song in my music folder, the computer just crashed. If your songs fully work, I suggest to convert them when you send it to iTunes and delete the original song file. Also name them correctly by using the iTunes Music Store.

Yes it will.
The easiest way to transfer music from limewire to iTunes is to drag the downloaded music to your desktop, then drag the music from the desktop to iTunes. iTunes will then put the music onto your iPod.
You can also go to file on iTunes and select "Add folder to library" (all music in a folder) or "Add file to library" (one song). After you select that you have to tell iTunes where the folder containing the music is located on your computer and select it. iTunes will add the music to your library, where you can put it on your iPod.

Yes it does after you finished downloading whatever song it is you can just drag the song into itunes assuming its open and drop it right in your music folder.
