how do I get back to that page that shows a picture of a little iPod and at the bottom it shows how many songs you have (using colors) and videos, and other...the page usually comes up when you're about to sync the iPod...I'm currently under Music (on the left)

Click on the ipod in the middle left of the screen .

Plug in your iPod and wait for iTunes to come up or you can pull it up. Once it is plugged in, it should say something like "syncing iPod" or something. Let it do that. (maybe browse the store for some Heroes or 24) There should be the bar on the left with everthing on it. In the middle of this there should be a little picture of an iPod. Click on this and it should get you there!
