Music & Music Players - November 2006

I am trying to get an MP3 player for my son in law. Here is the criteria. Can someone help me.
1. Has to have 60 hrs or more battery time
2. USB to drag and drop
3. FM tuner and digital recorder
4. 1 gig or more memory
5. Has to be small and black - nothing fancy.
6. Has to be under 100.00

i have been searching the web for a site that will allow me download films etc for my ipod video. All i can find are subscription sites and P2P software. Does anyone know of any sites that will allow me to buy a movie but not as a DVD. I am in UK so itunes does not provide movies for me.

I am looking to buy an MP3 player that I can use in the car. I don't have a tape or CD deck, only a radio, but I think that there is a way to have it hooked up to the radio frequency.
