I am looking to buy an MP3 player that I can use in the car. I don't have a tape or CD deck, only a radio, but I think that there is a way to have it hooked up to the radio frequency. If you can tell me what to look for, or recomend any certain brands I should look for, I would really apreciate, Thanks.

I also reccomend the sansa because it is compatable with rhapsody music subscription service, AND it has an FM tuner. The real reason it's the best though, is because you can expand the memory of the system using external memory cards.

It's the obvious answer and there may be other reasons why this wouldn't work for you, but all iPods with a docking port will work with the iPod car kits available almost everywhere and integrated into most new cars. Given your desciption, there are transmitters available for many MP3 players that will broadcast the sound to your car's antenna to be picked up on your car's stereo. While iPod-specific transmitters like Griffin's TuneCast may be molded to specifically fit specific iPod models, other transmitters may work universally by connecting to the headphone jack, There are also some MP3 players which have a transmitter built-in. Good luck.
