i was playing motorstorm when my ps3 froze... i pressed the reset button and since then every time i put any cd into my ps3, it wont recognise it... i tried the restore but my ps3 wont recognise games, blu ray, dvd... nothing!! what do i do short of returning it? i still have my guarantee but is there anything i can do to fix it myself?

Well i have a ps2 and a psp and a psp could connect to the ps3 but could a ps2 play on ps3 system plz i have a ton of ps2 games... and i know my psp could connect to it so anyone witha ps2 and ps3 help me out

OK OK... a question probably asked a gazzilion times before..The thing is, the model here is 80GB and is under 300 quid. Well 270 to be exact , i know the games are region free, but will it play dvd's, and will it be online compatible ? Is there any other drawback to be taken into consideration ?

the first time it went out i had it for under a year so i took it back to the store and swapped it,but i had this over a year and have to go thru microsoft, so how long does it take to get mine back, the lady on the phone said 3-5 weeks, that's a long time, and if u have a ps3 tell me how u like it and why u like it, NO TROLLING

plays some ps1 and 2 games im kinda afriad to get the 80 gig bcuz of this.

80 gig vs 60 gig

80 gig 20 gigs more than 60 & and motor storm game free.

60 gig plays ALL ps1 and 2 games and 20 gigs less than an 80 gig.

both 500$ each. i cant choose please help.

I already own an xbox 360 and a wii.

The only real difference I see is the blue ray and Linux support.

Other than that, most of the good games are on the 360.

It seemed to me like the 80 GB was the best, but I just found out that it lacks some software that allows you to play your PS1/PS2 games. Thanks.
