I have a psp version 3.71 and i have 4 videos i got offline that i would like to put on here they were specifically made for psp and when i put them on it says that they do not support the data. what do i do to fix this?

1). Go to www.pspvideo9.com
2). Download the free program
3). Convert your videofiles into PSP format
4). Transfer them via USB cable (tell the program to put those files onto PSP)
5). Enjoy! :-)

I'm no genius, but...

1. Does your psp version match the video version? You may need to update.

2. Do you have the proper software installed on the psp to play that type of video? You may need to get a patch to get it to work properly.

3. Is it possible the video files are corrupted? Will they play on anything else.

If nothing else go to the psp website and see if there is anything adressing your situation. Hope this helps.

ok. first to download videos conect a usb cord to ur computer and a box shows and click files a box named psp will show and click it then make a file named video in caps . and then click and drag ur videos/music into the box and u are done
if u have some videos that dont work then well ur psp might not conect well to ur usb socet on the umd port. well i would ask a game store worker for assistance.
