I have a Nikon D70 camera and I'm looking for a good lens so I can shoot sports, like football and basketball pictures. I need something that lets more light in I guess. The lens that I have now is a 28mm-300mm. Maybe someone can suggest something here for me. Thanks.

Berta

I know the issue of vignetting if I stack two fitlers. However I heard if i stack a Slim polarizer, the problem will be solved. Is that true? Another question comes up is that the SLim Polarizer I am looking online is a combination of UV/Polarizer ... and what does that mean? Does that mean I wasted money on my B+W UV only filter? If these two are stacked together (both with UV in them) what happens? THe slim polazier I am looking at is 5mm thickness. Is that considered slim?? HElp

It's in great condition, it's just that I never use it, and figured instead of having it sit around taking up space, someone else could use it.
Anyone?

My mom has an old Cannon A-1 and an old Cannon EOS film camera, both of these cameras are from the 80s or early 90s and I was wondering if her lenses would work if I bought a new Cannon digital SLR camera such as the Cannon Digital Rebel XT or a Cannon EOS 20D. Or better yet if I got a new D-SLR would these cannon lenses work with any kind of SLR say for example a Sony or a Nikon?

I posted a question about the difference between CF and MD...I was told that MD store more data.

4GB is 4GB...how can one hold more data than the other?

A gallon is a gallon regardless of the shape of the container or the type of liquid it holds.
