Hello. My husband and I are interested in purchasing a Digital Camera. I want something that is somewhat easy to use. But at the same time is good quality with zoom features. This would be used for concerts, family pictures, outdoor travelling pictures, things like that (nothing professional). We are also looking to stay under $100 or atleast no more than $130 or so.

Thanks!

I'm in the market for buying a digital camera, but I'm not a rich girl, so I'm looking for something under $200. Any suggestions?

Has anyone thought as we are all using mostly digital cameras, that there won't be anything left of our images of our families in say 100 years time.My reasoning to this is digital cameras use a magnetic medium and not film,to record.Objects will loose their magnetisum over time,so unless things are continually backed up ( every 5 years say? ),that we'll loose those precious pictures we were so proud of taking?

Hello I'm very interested in buying the Nikon 70 - 200 1:2.8 lens AF-S VR...................I'm looking to use it in sports such as Football under the lights and basketball. Would this be a good choice? I love to take pictures, but I'm no pro, just a great hobby.

As the night went on and it got darker the pictures got really burred. I have a lens that reads......1:3.5 - 6.3 macro..............this is what came with the camera which is a D70 Nikon. So what would you recommend for me. I hope that you don't mind me asking these questions. I hope that you can give me some advice.

Thanks so much,
Berta

I have a Cannon Eos Digital Rebel. The pictures I took are on the card, but comes up as being "corrupted" when I try to play back. Is there any way to retrieve the data on the card, or am I just hosed?

I am using a D70 with the above lens. The fungus formation is on the internal lens elements. This causes a lot of problem in my photos.

The last few times I have tried taking outside pictures with my digital camera, they look very overexposed--all ghost light and white. The indoor pictures still look fine as long as there is no light source whatsoever; if there is it makes whatever part of the picture it reaches fade out and become very light and halo-like. I can send an example if anyone would like to see what I'm trying to explain.
Thanks!
