i want to buy a movie on ebay, im from australia and the movie i want is for sale in australia but the movie was produced in the US. in the description it says make sure your dvd player is region-1, what does that mean and how do i know if it will play in my dvd player. i have a sony DVD player and it wouldn't be anymore than 2 years old. so how do i know if it will work in my player?

I'm running the wire for my surround sound system. I contacted Bose and they said that 18/2 is fine for up to 100 feet. I'm only running the wire about 30 feet.

I'm fairly experienced with digital SLRs, owning a Nikon D50, Pentax K10D, and currently a Canon 30D over the past several years. Now I'm thinking of purchasing my first film camera. A few obvious choices would be a Pentax Spotmatic or an older Leica Reflex. I'm leaning towards the R4 but curious as to how easy of a first film camera it would be. Any suggestions?

I have verizon right now for my cell phone plan. The plan ends in another month, i just wanted some input from you guys on which phone i should get, ive been stressing for a couple weeks now, its pretty sad haha. iPhone? or blackberry curve?, either way the solo plan is gonna be through the roof, because i would need atleast 800 mins, unlimited internet and unlimited text and emails and IM.....please i'd love your iinput in the matter. what do you guys think i should get: a new pimpin' black and gold plan b sheckler board, or the new ipod nano 4gb? i've been thinking about this for a long time (like two weeks) and still can't decide. what sould i get? this is what the board looks like:

He's missing the bottom half of his face. He has a bandana over it and he goes down on one knee and pulls out this bandana thing and sucks the souls out of his enemies or something... i haven't played it since i was like 9 ish and it was a demo. He also sort of glided, he had these weird wing kind of things. It's really bugging me that i can't remember....

After we turned the phone on with his cingular chip in it, the phone asked for some type of passcode. I have no clue what to do now. If anyone knows what I would need to put there, it would really be great. We really need to be able to get in contact with one another since I was discharged out the hospital this morning. Thanks for any and all replies in advance. Calling cingular was out of the question because when I called it had the nerve to say they were closed today!

I've wanted to get a Nikon D80 for a while, but I just can't save up $$$ (~$900) to get one right now. Anyway, I've been searching on google, and keep finding sites that promise the D80 for anywhere from ~$250. Are any of them trustworthy?....or they just out there to rip me off in a one way or another?
