After we turned the phone on with his cingular chip in it, the phone asked for some type of passcode. I have no clue what to do now. If anyone knows what I would need to put there, it would really be great. We really need to be able to get in contact with one another since I was discharged out the hospital this morning. Thanks for any and all replies in advance. Calling cingular was out of the question because when I called it had the nerve to say they were closed today!

Call the 1- 800 NUMBER LISTED FOR THE CINGULAIR COMPANY. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND IT ON YOUR MOST RECENT BILL. THERE IS SOMEONE THERE 24/7 AND THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP YOU.

have you tried the last 4 numbers to the phone #?or try calling the phone company

did he get it from a store or ebay?
If from a store then you should have the code in the manual or contact the store for it.
If ebay, make sure he got an unlocked one or one that would work with your network. Because if he didn't then it wont work.
