Is there a dvd player that plays both HD movies and Blu Ray movies?

There's the LG Superblu which plays standard DVD as well as both HD formats HD DVD and BluRay. Samsung is coming out with a dual format player soon and I am sure other manufacturers are going to follow suit.
I have the LG player myself and am mostly satisfied with it except for the fact that it won't play my Fantastic 4: Rise Of The Silver Surfer BluRay disc because of software issues but this is something that many players have a problem with.....all in all a great HD player.

Both LG and Samsung have dual-format units. However, the magazines that have reviewed them say they do work, but they don't support some of features you get with single-format players.

yes samsung lg plays hd plus blu ray
but there are bit expensive!!!
