I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-W80 and need a little help.

On my digital camera you have to program your actual camera to put the date on the pic. To my knowledge there's no way to add it on after the fact.

There is no need to invest in a special program just to read the date. Just open the picture from 'my pictures' and right click. This will give the date and time the picture was taken, but not the camera and exposure details.
