I'm trying to get an Internet connection to certain room in my house, but it's not possible without tearing apart the house. I already have telephone wires leading up to that room, and I'm wondering if I would be able to change those wires and outlet to use Internet instead.

I finally hooked up my splitter but now it shows the same channel on both of the tvs. I have been reading previous postings and many say you can get them to work interdependent. How do I set that up? I have one tv in the living room that has the cable box. The second tv is in the bedroom and does not have a box. It is a pain to go from one room to another to change channels. Since I can not control the tv in the bedroom. I have to do it from the main one in the living room. How do i set it up so both tv's work independently?

The home cinema room is on the middle floor and has a word floor.
My front Mission floorstander speakers cIaim to go down to 38hz.
Should I :
1) insist on front firing , not downwards firing , models?
2) avoid performancebelow 25 hz ?
3) rely on a wooden?/stone? isolation platform, supported on Sorbothane?
4) Give up the idea?

My cable box, My PS3, My DVD Home Theatre System, and my Mitsubishi 1080 DLP TV all have HDMI and IEEE 1394 connections. Is it true that you can hook-up up to 60 peripherals w/ IEEE 1394 (firewire)? How?

I was looking to upgrade my digital camera. I want to go the professional route but do not want to spend 2+ thousand on a unit. I have around $1000 to spend. I do not want any auto focus. I have heard great things about the nikon d80. Anyone have any problems with it? Anyone know another good dsl unit? Thanks for dropping a line.
