iPods can only connect and transfer songs from a SINGLE computer.
You probably WILL NOT lose all your songs, but you won't be able to put them on your iPod from another computer.
Best thing, is to copy the songs to a CD, and when you get to your regular computer, load them off that one.

ask for a lap top and then you dont have to have 2 computers cause you could take it to both houses

yes but you can go to stores like best buy and circuit city and get software that will let you share your music with two computers

Same thing happened to me.You won't lose the songs but you have to select "manualy manage music" otherwise you will.

you wont loose all your songs..it will appear on your computer that you have no playlist when you really do have one
