What company has the best pre-paid cell phone plans available?

Tracfone is great . once you sign up on line they give you all kinds of free minutes when you by a 60. 90 120 minute cards. I've had mine for 3 years and I'll never go back to a plan where you have to sign-up for a coupe years. You can also roll over the minutes.

They all stink and when you figure it out with a contract phone of $40 a month it is stilll cheaper than loading minutes on the phone every month.
Consider this I used to work for Vz and now with Sprint. So I know tthis stuff
