what up everybody!?!?!?! i just beat resistance fall of man and it was SWEET!!! the final cutscene with nathan hale getting on a helicopter with a bunch of strange looking soldiers...or were those supposed to be american soldiers, because they had an american looking helicopter! anyone with any ideas!? and when does the second one come out, cuz i think its obvious that there will one someday, THANK!!

Hi, I have a Canon Power shot sd1000. Every picture i take comes out grainy, washed out, and dull. the only ones that come out ok are very close up pistures usually of face shots from the shoulders to top of head with the flash on. if i take a pi of anything more than a couple of feet from me its absolutley grainy and if its indoors i open the blinds to give more light and it comes out flushed out and lacks color as well as grainy

I want to send someone a phone card in Ukraine so she can call me in the USA. Will it still be like using a phone card or will it be different since shes using a phone card from USA? I was just given an old tv for my home office. I know that its a Zenith, it has a AFC button and antenna. UF channel 2-13 knobs and then channel 14-83 knobs. This is a little before my time so any help would be great. If you could tell me how to get more than just my local PBS channel that would be great too. I also don't know what any of the letters stand for, if anyone could point me to a website or tell me how to work it that would be a great help!!

I have a slow connection so when i need to download stuff from the internet i usually go to mcdonalds and bring my psp.
but i noticed, you can't download from rapidshare.com.

i am upgrading from a point and shoot to dslr. i dont want to buy another camera in the future for a few years.lot of people posted on the website to buy the d40 and 55-200 vr lenses instead of the d40x.thats what intend to do now.but,after spending all this money,($750),i dont want to be needing more pixels in the future.i'd not be printing larger prints may be 11x14 max.its mostly to take my daughter's pictures and my vacation pictures.
i am very influenced by the article http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/d40x.htm.

i just dont want to regret in the future that i should have got the d40x instead.

please help.my dughter's birthday is coming up and i would like to buy before that.

I have a 720p projector that projects onto an 84" screen.

I keep seeing these people buying 720p and now 1080p TVs that are under 50". Quite frankly I don't see why.

I am using an upconverting DVD and the images look great to me. My brother has a 62" 1080i DLP witha PS3 and some blue ray. There is a difference with the blu-rays, but not enough for me to jump to a new standard, pay $300 for a player, twice as much for discs and have hardly any content available.

It seems like most people I know still are using sub 36" TVS.

I keep on reading about this format war, but it doesn't seem like anyone is really buying the product.

I am wondering if Blu-Ray and HD DVD will be like the old large laser discs that became a niche until DVD finally replaced the VHS.

I think the biggest hurdle to HD is the bandwidth necessary to donwload them. I have begun watching DVDs online through netflix and love it. I can't imagine waiting to download an HD mpeg-4 video...

I bought one as soon as they came out and got so fed up of it overheating and freezing that I sold it. I absolutely refused to buy a fan, why should I have to after paying all that money???

I was wondering if these issues have been resolved yet, or are people having to buy the fans still?

Also if anyone owns the Xbox elite. How does that run? Also what are the differences (aside from the hard drive size) between the elite and the regular 360?

Hi I have a 27" Lexsor LCD TV and the picture is fine most of the time but if the camera pans across the screen or say if a car is moving across the screen or end credits to a programme are moving up the screen or news ticker is scrolling across the bottom of the screen well instead of all being smooth as it looks on a conventional CRT screen on my LCD TV it all jerks along not smoothly - its quite annoying.
I have tried adjusting all settings but nothing works and I have seen another one of the same make on show in the electrical store and it does the same thing so its not just a fault on my set so I wonder what causes this does anyone know?

I play GTA San Andreas for PS2. I absolutely love GTA and I'm some what of a junkie. Ha ha. I'm curious though as to what the surprise gift for the girlfriends might be though. I know you can use flowers but what is the other gift that the Players Guide refers to, I can't think of a thing and I've tried the camera and other objects but nothing so far. Thanks for your help.

Information I have been researching states.The NikonD40 is super lightweight, works great. The battery lasts forever and it's fast and easy to use and carry. Just get one, and use the great 18-55mm lens that comes with it. I make great 12x18" (30 x 50 cm) prints from it all day long.This camera is a 6.1 mp's.
The next thing I read was to get a great 10x8" I need at least 7.2 mp's. So what is the deal withthe mp's? Thanks Martha
