I want to send someone a phone card in Ukraine so she can call me in the USA. Will it still be like using a phone card or will it be different since shes using a phone card from USA? Will there be any additional fees for doing this? Looking for ANY suggestion on this....just remember I have to give her the card.

Many phone cards you find in the US will not have access numbers in Ukraine. Even if they do, it will cost her to call the access number. There are often high fees to reach the access numbers from phones in Ukraine, making it expensive. Normally, a calling card call from Ukraine will cost around 30-50 US cents per minute (a lot for a Ukrainian).

With this card, she can go to the internet cafe and enter your phone and hers into the "Webcall" feature, and the card will place a call to both of you. That gives her the ability to use free incoming calls to her mobile phone to save her money, and initiates the call to your US phone. She can also initiate a call to you by using SMS (which again gives her free incoming calls).
The calls cost about 11 cents on this card, and it is "virtual", so you do not have to send an actual card.

Did you READ the back and front of the card, before you paid for it, to determine if it can be used to call the USA from Ukraine? You should have asked the clerk before you paid for the card.
