I know £350 isn't a lot to spend, but i'm on a tight budget and want to get a HD Ready TV somewhere between 26" and 32", (which I know is pushing it abit!) I've been looking on www.ebuyer.com and www.misco.co.uk who both have plenty in that price bracket. What's the most importantt thing to look for - is it the lowest respone time, resolution etc? Any tips or recommendations for UK websites would be appreciated.

I've budgeted myself £150 (strictly no more) to spend on a hi-fi or whatever, ideally one with a usb docking point. Should I go for a half decnt one from Currys or whatever, a traditional midi or mini hi-fi, or get a set from Richer Sounds with an amp and no cables (think it would have to be Bush or one of the cheaper ranges).

What's the difference between the two and what should I do?

I've been a CD person for my entire life but now I'm thinking that getting an iPod would help me get all of my music together into one place. I know this is true but I'm worried about the quality of the music. Also, once I get an iPod I'd like a home system that really helps me listen to the iPod with the best quality. the exposure setting, and from operating some other controls, such as super nightshot, program-auto-exposure, spot meter, and a few or several other things?

Please don't tell me something like, "Because that's the way Sony designed it," because, well DUH, I know that! I want to know WHY they designed it that way.

I know that my camera (a Canon Powershop Pro 1) has the ability to do it, because my friend has the same one and she's done it before (actually with the camera, not just with photoshop or something), but does anyone know how to make a camera pick up only one color like this:

I just moved to an apartment with cable. I brought with me my tv from my old house that was connected to a cable box. At the new place when I hooked up the cable and did the channel search, I ended up with only 13 channels. The landlord brought in her (older) tv to see if it was the cable itself and she had no problem getting all 80 channels. So now we are stumped, is there some sort of reset that my tv can try and pick up all the channels available thru the cable? It tries to find channels 14-79 but the come up as static. Any help would be appreciated!

The camera will be for personal use only, but I would still like it to:
-Take good sharp pictures (good focus, not blurry)
-Have a good flash and take bright pictures for the night and indoor pictures
-Be durable, since I use it often and take thousands of pictures.
-Has a good battery life and uses a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery(regular batteries don't last long since I'll be taking tons of pictures, and it gets too expensive)
-Be able to take video clips

I have been trying to get movies on to my ps3..but have come across multiple problems. I used a program to convert an avi file to mp4 but my ps3 still does not recognize the file.. I am using a 2 gig memory stick duo.. perhaps that is the problem? Could it be dated or something?

The game I liked best of all was Silent Hill2. And I have played all the SH games. I am looking for something a little dark, a little scary. I'm not into fairys (faerys) and magic and Harry potter. I tried The Darkness demo and it shows promise.
