how do u unlock nokia phones for other services?

i have sprint phone n i wanna change to t-moble service so that i can use my t-moble SIM card on the same phone

Generally can't be done. Call customer service with your replacement model number to see if it's compatible. Since 2001, manufacturers were making the phones carrier specific, meaning they would only work on T-mobile or only Sprint etc.
