i got the usb lead but what do i do

The manual makes no reference to wiring connections. The diagram on the appliance is not clear as to what should be done. A web search suggests that the two live leads (brown and black) should simply be connected together. Is thiscorrect? I have spoken to AEG customer services. They said they would ring me later! So far, no joy.

I bought a bunch of stuff, took it home, and several hours later opened the box to one of the phones. Then I discovered that the phone has a bit of liquid in the display, causing the screen to appear distorted :(

Since the phone operates perfectly, my guess is that this water is probably the result of being in a humid environment.

I went to Cingular to return the phone and that's when I discovered their powers! They explained to me that it is impossible fo them to have sold me a damaged phone. They test their phones AND sometimes even LOOK at them to see it they are damaged. SO, they never ever sell one that's damaged!

I wanted to know how this process works, so I asked, "How can you be sure nothing happens to them from where they are tested to the store? Do you bring them to the store in humidity-controled trucks and then store them in a humidity-controled room?"

No, they don't! They must be magically protected because NOT ONE PHONE EVER had been damaged!

As I said, I have a RAZR (and Verizon, if that matters).

I was wondering if there's a way to plug my phone into my computer and save my texts to my computer - and even my phone book.

...it's just slowin' down my phone so much having them stored in the phone!!
