i have a ilo-26HD tv and the tv comes on but will not change channels or the volume wont work neither.tried the remote and then tried to change the channel on the tv panel.wont work ...someone plz help!!!!!!!

I've had my ilo-26HD for 95 days and I just started having the same problem yesterday. It's stuck in Composite1 mode, so all I can do is watch DVDs w/ my DVD player. None of the controls on the side work except the power button. I found a Blog link that was discussing problems with the ILO products. They were saying that a bunch of the 26HD tvs shipped with bad motherboards. It wasn't clear if this is the reason for the problem you and I are having. There is a phone number in one of the blog responses that you can call to see if you can get a replacement. I'm going to try the number tomorrow. Good luck, we're both in the same boat.

i know exactly how you feel. a few days ago my tv wouldn t let me change the volume through the remote or the side of the tv. & now i am trying to do a project through the tv and my actual tv channels now wont work neither on the remote nor the side of the tv. Notice this is not my cable. This is my actual tv so now i am stuck on a fuzzy channel. I got mine from best buy and am FURIOUS that this is happening. **** best buy. It s more like WORST BUY!

If u got it on Black Friday it may be mest up because In Best Buy Alot of people were returning the 26 inch and 32 inch ones.
Take the plug out, if ithat doesent work return it and get a new one

Unplug the TV for 15 minutes. Then plug it back in and try again.

have you gone into the settings and hit search for channels? You might have to set it up before you can watch anything. It takes a few minutes to do but you should get all your channels.

Is it hooked up with satellite or a cable box? You may need to use the remote for them instead.
