me && my sister are looking for a cheap phone plan i txt alot and she calls alot, but we don't want a contract - because she is moving in june and we will probably cancel it.....

You should definitely go prepaid. Tracfone per-minute rates are a bit high. I'd take a look at either Cingular or T-Mobile. If you want the free mobile-to-mobile minutes, Cingular's prepaid plan runs $0.10/min with a $1 surcharge on every day that you make or receive a call.

If you don't need the M2M, I'd go with T-Mobile prepaid. A $100 refill will get you 1000 minutes ($0.10/min) which won't expire for a year and will get you Gold Rewards status. Subsequent refills will then extend your expiration by a year regardless of the dollar amount of the refill. No daily charge.

Both Cingular and T-Mobile will roll over your existing minutes when you buy refills.
