Argos is offering the new iPod Shuffle at 55£. At the same time, another site sells you the Sony WALKMAN NW-A1200 8GB MP3 Player at 99£.

Since the price difference is rather small, I don't know which I should buy. Could you offer your advice, based on your experience?

I would very much like to buy PS3 for my son's Christmas gift although I find it very expensive (he's 15 and a great kid). How do you as a parent, justiify the cost? Or, how do you as a child realize what $600 means to your parents? What is the current status on the availability of PS3?

I am trying to list a cell phone that I have for sale on ebay. I know for a fact that my phone is unlocked for any service provider...and it uses a sim card. I want to list all of the compatable wireless carriers for the phone, but I am not sure exactly who all does/does not use sim cards. From my understanding:

1. Sprint - no sim card
2. T-mobile - yes sim card
3. Cingular - yes sim card (?)
4. Verizon - yes sim card (?)

but for these other ones... I have no clue:

5. US cellular
6. Virgin Mobile
7. TracFone
8. Telus
9. Nextel
10. Fido
11. Cellular one
12. Bell Mobility
13. AT&T
14. Alltel

Does anybody know for a fact if any of these service providers use a "sim card" for their service?

My TV is an LG RZ-27LZ55 (http://www.pricegrabber.co.uk/search_techspecs_full.php/masterid=22362714) and i want to buy and use panasonics EMR-EZ25 DVD recorder (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140047923852), which has the ability to upsacle DVD's via HDMI, however my TV has no HDMI slot, only a DVI connection, which as far as im aware is designed for computers as it doenst transmit sound.
Any advice or explanantions that can help would be greatly appreciated.

need specially an IR transmitting circuit diagram of a universal remote controller. The programmable part of this remote controller should deal with the microcontroller PIC16F877A.The transmitter should be able to transmit the signal send by the PIC. and that transmitted signal should have the ability to been captured by other IR sensing device.
